BellHawk Systems provides a full-range of professional services in support of its Inventory & Operations Tracking software. BellHawk Systems also undertakes Special Projects involving barcode, RFID, mobile data collection and Internet technologies, where these result in additions to the BellHawk technology.

BellHawk Systems provides the following support services for implementation projects involving its materials tracking and traceability software:

1. Systems implementation planning including systems design services.

2. Tailoring data collection processes to meet the specific business requirements of each client. This includes mobile data collection and integration of data from test stands, weighing scales and process control equipment.

3. Remote and on-site assistance with initial software installation and systems setup.

4. On-site and remote Web-based training plus on-going user support using web, Email and telephone.

5. Providing custom reports and web-portal interfaces to the tracking and traceability data.

6. Providing assistance in using the BellHawk software to automatically print barcode labels.

7. Assisting with the implementation of automated data exchange interfaces to legacy and cloud-based ERP, accounting and CRM systems as well as to commerce and customer support web-sites.

8. Assisting clients' manufacturing engineers to integrate the BellHawk Systems software with process control and test equipment.

9. Providing on-going support and assistance with operational issues such as correcting wrongly entered data and helping users understand results.

10. Providing remote support for each client's system, avoiding the need for expensive on-site support. This applies whether BellHawk is run internally or at an external data center.

BellHawk Systems provides these services on an hourly labor rates basis. Where possible, such as for software customization, services are provided on a fixed price basis.
