BellHawk Solution Delivery Process
.A client engagement typically starts with a determination of the problems that a prospective client is trying to solve. This is typically done by telephone conferences and having the prospective client fill out a questionnaire. From this, BellHawk Systems will develop a preliminary proposal with an estimate of the budgetary costs to solve the clients' problem. This proposal will include the standard software modules to be used, proposed barcode, RFID and wireless mobile data collection equipment to be used and an estimate of the cost of the services needed to assist the client in implementing the solution. After management has approved the budget for the project then:
A key factor is keeping costs down is that BellHawk Systems and its partners are able to provide just the software modules, equipment and services that each client needs to solve their specific problems. We strongly recommend that clients start small, in one area and then expand their system as they gain experience with deploying and using real-time tracking solutions. We deliberately try to minimize the scope of our initial client engagements. We would rather have a successful small project than a failed large project because we know that then the client will join the BellHawk community and become clients for the life of their business. A key factor in our success is working with partners to deliver solutions. Our partners are local or regional businesses with owners who work in the business and have a vested interest in the success of each client. Many of these partners are members of the same Microsoft, Motorola, Sage and Inuit partner programs with which BellHawk Systems works very closely.
