BellHawk Systems teams
with local partners to deliver the equipment and services that clients
need to implement their tracking solutions.
These partners are locally
owned and run businesses that are staffed by trained professionals who
are dedicated to making their client installations successful. |

Today, the implementation of
tracking systems has many parallels to how movies are made. It used to be
that movies were made by studios who employed thousands of people. Today,
movies are made by teams of independent specialists who come
together as a team on projects but are independently owned and operated
businesses.
Fortune 1000 companies can,
and sometimes still do, contract with major services organizations such as
IBM and CSC to implement their tracking solutions, usually at a cost of
millions of dollars. Our clients, who are mostly mid-sized industrial
organizations, cannot afford this luxury. So they turn to BellHawk Systems
and its partners for a cost-effective solution.
BellHawk Systems provides the
software needed for tracking systems along with systems design and project
management services. BellHawk then teams with the following types of
partners:
-
Barcode equipment resellers.
These partners are typically part of the Motorola reseller program and
sell barcode scanners and printers as well as wireless mobile computers
with integral data collection scanners. They also provide on-site
equipment setup and training services as well as repair services, when
needed.
-
IT equipment and services
providers. These partners are typically part of the Microsoft partner
program and provide the computer and network equipment, operating system
and database software, as well as installation and setup services. These
organizations typically set up all the infrastructure needed for a
tracking solution and also install the BellHawk software.
-
ERP and accounting systems
resellers and support organizations. These partners typically participate
in "front-office" partner programs such as those run by Sage, Microsoft
and Intuit. We work closely with these partners to ensure that the
tracking solutions are seamlessly integrated with the front-office
systems.
-
Operations consultants and
training specialists. The professionals in these organizations are often
APICS and BellHawk certified. They can provide the on-site assistance with
systems startup in areas such as setting up item master lists and
labeling inventory locations. They can also provide employee training in
the use of tracking systems and provide "hand-holding" support as the
system goes live.
By teaming with local
equipment and service providers, BellHawk Systems is able to provide truly
local support for the implementation of its tracking solutions throughout
the USA and Canada.
BellHawk Systems also
sometimes requests that its partners provide local sales representation
support so as to provide an optimum customer experience.
