BellHawk ERP and Accounting Systems Interfaces

The BellHawk product line includes a variety of tools for implementing data exchange interfaces to external systems. These tools enable BellHawk Systems and its clients to rapidly implement automated data exchange interfaces to a wide variety of systems.

Please note that BellHawk does not have standard interfaces to ERP or Accounting Systems. We have found that it is impossible to maintain standard interfaces for the hundreds of ERP and accounting systems in common use in the USA, each of which is being used in many different versions. Also many of these systems have been customized, which adds to the complexity.

Instead we work with the IT department and its ERP or accounting system consultants to implement automated data exchange interfaces, which are specific to the version of the ERP or accounting system being used. In doing this we make extensive use of the BellHawk interface tools so as to be able to implement these interfaces as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

BellHawk has been interfaced to many different ERP/accounting systems, including:

Many of these interfaces have been implemented by our client's own IT departments and their ERP consultants using the DEX interface. More recent interfaces, such as the interface to QuickBooks, have been written using the Bell-Connector SDK interface.
