BellHawk Software Modules and their Cost

The BellHawk software module product line consists of a base systems and modules that can be added to these base systems to create a wide variety of barcode tracking solutions. Please click here for detailed list of the BellHawk Software Modules.

BellHawk Systems sells perpetual licenses to use its BellHawk base systems and add-on software modules. The cost of purchasing the licenses to the software modules is as follows:

1. Base Material Tracking System $4,000

2. Interfaces

   • BSAF store-and-forward mobile interface $2,500

   • TAG Interface for barcode label printing $1,500

   • Bell-Connector Interface to ERP and Accounting Systems - No Charge

3. Data collection device login accounts: $500 per transactional data collection device (mobile computer, PC with barcode scanner) or barcode printer. Please note that BellHawk Systems does not charge per user or per seat licenses so you can have as many users as you need looking at data and running reports without buying additional licenses.

4. Licenses to optional BellHawk modules that can be purchased at an additional cost of between $1,000 and $4,000 depending on the capabilities added. Please click on the following link for details of the  BellHawk Software Module Prices.

Over the years, several million dollars has been invested in the development of these modules, binary licenses to which are sold at a small fraction of their development cost. Clients who have contemplated (or even started) developing their own materials tracking and traceability software have found that it is much less expensive and much quicker to use BellHawk as the basis for their custom applications rather than doing the development from scratch. For clients with their own software development capability, source code is available at an additional cost of about 50% on the base systems and modules.
