Mobile computers are ideal for use by mobile workers, such as in warehouses, stock rooms, and for recording the movement of materials to and from production area.
When purchasing these units, you will also need to purchase a charging cradle into which the unit is placed for charging. We also highly recommend purchasing a service plan that includes accidental damage to the unit. These typically cover a three year period and must be purchased at the same time as the mobile computer.
All the recommended units include the ability to add an external SD memory card to hold a local SQL database. This enables these units to use the BellHawk BSAF store and forward technology in those environments where there is limited or non-existent wireless LAN coverage.

The Motorola MC9190G. This Windows CE 6 wireless mobile data collection computer has a high resolution color touch screen, 53 key keypad, and integral 802.11 b/g wireless LAN card. This unit is dust and moisture sealed and will take repeated six foot drops onto concrete. This unit comes with a Lorax adaptive 4" to 40' range laser scanner, which makes it especially useful for warehouse applications where long-range scanning from a fork-lift truck is required. Similar models are available without the gun handle. Hazardous environment versions of the MC9190G are also available. |

This unit is dust and moisture sealed and will take repeated five foot drops onto concrete. This unit comes with a short range (about 2 feet) 1D laser scanner. This unit is smaller and lighter than the MC9190, making it ideal for use in tracking material movement where long range scanning capability of the MC9190 is not required, such as in stock rooms. This unit is also available without the gun grip. |

This Windows CE 5 unit has a color touch screen, 22 key numeric keypad, and integral 802.11 b/g wireless LAN card. This unit is dust and moisture sealed and will take repeated six foot drops onto concrete. This unit comes with a short range (about 2 feet) 1D laser scanner. It does not have a gun grip. |
