BellHawk Systems is seeking a VP of Sales and Marketing to join its senior management team and become a partner in the company with the goal of becoming the CEO and taking over the business from the current owners as they retire.

BellHawk Systems has recently introduced new products that make it a technology leader in its market niche. These include the ability to offer its products in the Cloud on a SaaS basis. The company has an established customer base, mainly in the New England area, and is poised for significant growth nationwide.

We are looking for an individual with the combination of management, sales and marketing skills and ambition to drive BellHawk Systems from being a regional player to a nationwide leader in its market niche. All the groundwork has been laid for this expansion. Now we need the right person to lead the next charge forward.

BellHawk Systems is a combined software products and professional services organization that provides software to enable manufacturers, food processors and other industrial organizations to use barcode printing, scanning, RFID, mobile computing and Internet technologies to efficiently capture inventory and work-in-process tracking data. The BellHawk software also captures materials traceability data for defect, contamination and fraud detection as well as for recall minimization.

We believe that this would ideally suit someone with a background in ERP sales or who has held a senior sales and marketing position with one of our partner organizations such as Zebra, Motorola, Honeywell, Sage, Intuit and Microsoft. But we are open to consider individuals with alternate backgrounds.

It is critical that the selected individual brings an entrepreneurial, business ownership approach to this opportunity. We do not want to consider anyone who simply wants a job. This is a high margin business with tremendous potential but please recognize that your income will be an owners share of the gross profits and not a base salary plus commission. So the selected individual has to be an aggressive high performer who wants to make a lot of money but has a high tolerance for the attendant risk.
