Free On-Line Consultation

An important first step in all tracking and traceability projects is determining if the cost of implementing a tracking and traceability systems is a justifiable investment. In some cases, the cost savings just do not justify the cost. But in many cases these systems can pay for themselves in less than 6 months.

To assist with this process, BellHawk Systems provides an initial web-based on-line consulting session with Dr. Peter Green, who is one of the USA's leading experts in implementing tracking and traceability systems. As a result of this session, Dr. Green will determine whether BellHawk Systems is the best organization to help with the problem at hand and, if not, will provide one or more referrals to people and organizations who can help.

If it is determined that BellHawk Systems is the best organization to help then Dr. Green and his team will prepare a preliminary business proposal, using the information gathered during the initial consultation. This proposal will describe how BellHawk Systems can use its technology to solve the client's problems. It will also give a detailed breakdown of budgetary estimates for software, equipment and professional services needed to provide a solution to the client's business problem.

There is no charge for the initial on-line consultation or the preparation of the preliminary project implementation plan. This, along with free educational seminars, is part of the service that BellHawk Systems provides to its community.

If clients need a more in-depth analysis of how to solve their operational problems using barcode tracking, then Dr. Green is available to visit client sites and to consult with managers and other staff. Clients are required to pay for these consulting trips but clients do receive a detailed set of written recommendations that most clients find extremely valuable, whether or not they decide to use a BellHawk tracking system. If clients do decide to proceed with renting or purchasing a BellHawk system then 50% of the labor charge for Dr. Green's consultation will be credited towards the cost of renting or purchasing licenses to use the BellHawk software.
