BellHawk Systems specializes in assisting its clients to implement barcode tracking and mobile data collection solutions.

BellHawk Systems has developed a large body of software code for implementing tracking and traceability systems that use barcode and mobile data collection devices. This software has had several million dollars invested in its development over the past decade. The primary mission of BellHawk Systems is to assist its clients to use this technology to solve their operational problems.

We sell or rent licenses for the use of our barcode tracking and our barcode tracking and mobile data collection software. We resell barcode scanning and mobile data collection equipment from major manufacturers, such as Motorola for use with our software. We also provide licenses to our interface development tools. But most of our revenues come from providing software development, systems integration, consulting, software customization, training and support services to clients who wish to use our software.

We do retain the intellectual property rights to all improvements we make to our software, whether paid for by clients or not, so these improvements can be recycled for the benefits of other clients. We also invest a certain percentage of our staff members’ time in back-integrating project-specific improvements made for clients into the common body of software and in documenting these new features. Typically this happens when staff members have time between paid customer assignments.

BellHawk Systems primary client base is in the New England area of the USA. But we do support major corporations who have facilities throughout the USA, EU and Canada. We also team with local resellers of barcode and mobile data collection equipment to provide barcode tracking systems to their clients throughout the USA.

BellHawk Systems teams with local organizations who provide IT services and equipment where needed to provide turnkey solutions to our clients. BellHawk Systems also works closely with consultants who provide support for accounting and ERP systems as part of these systems implementation projects.
