As well as being able to track manufacturing and processing operations BellHawk is ideally suited for use in testing and repair operations.

In recording testing and repair operations, BellHawk typically tracks each serialized item through all the operations that are performed. These may be based on a pre-planned route or the operations may be recorded as they occur.
BellHawk is able to track materials being tested through each step in their testing process, recording which materials passed and failed each test step. It can track who worked on each test step and the testing materials, such as reagents, used in performing each test. It can also record repair an retesting of material.
BellHawk can also track when reagents and other testing materials reach their expiration dates and so can no-longer be used for testing.
BellHawk can be integrated with automated test equipment so that it can automatically capture the test data and integrate this into its material tracking and traceability record. This enables BellHawk to automatically produce detailed certificates of compliance without manual data entry.
In tracking testing, BellHawk can record what equipment was used and for how long. It also can record how much labor time and what materials were used. This enables testing organizations to be able to determine the cost of each test they perform.
In tracking repairs BellHawk is able to track what parts are replaced, including keeping a record of the serial numbers. BellHawk is also able to track the labor time for each repair thereby enabling organizations to track the cost of each repair.
BellHawk is also able to track the status of each customer order and its progress through testing an repair. This enables monitoring by management to ensure timely delivery of results and/or repaired items. This data is also available for interrogation by an on-line status query system.
